Axyde Analytics, LLC is recruiting Lead Fuel Distribution Operator personnel for anticipated DLA fuels services. Requisition 26-0136-MAL-07; 6 planned opening(s). All positions are award contingent. Employment depends on award, funded staffing needs, required Government approvals, verified qualifications and a mutually accepted written offer. Anticipated mobilization is April 2027, subject to the final Government schedule. Axyde is recruiting for the proposed team; final employer and operating-partner assignments will be confirmed in any written offer. THE ROLE Lead Fuel Distribution Operator: support safe, reliable aircraft and ground fuel services, accountable operations and a fully qualified site team within your assigned discipline. QUALIFICATIONS Master-level equivalent fuel bulk/distribution-system operating experience for Lead FDSO duties, plus journeyman-level aircraft/ground refueler and defueler operating capability. Current appropriate state CDL with tank and hazardous-material endorsements, vehicle certifications and site flightline-driving/access qualification before unsupervised assignment. Lead pre-task checks, two-person assignments where required, safety, spill response and shift turnover. Before unsupervised duty, complete applicable site orientation, safety, environmental/spill training, task qualifications and base access. Personnel clearances and system access must match actual duties. TM, acting-TM and fuel-accounting roles require appropriate clearances under the solicitation; final level/timing remains subject to Government confirmation. No clearance sponsorship is promised. SCHEDULE AND LOCATION Onsite at Malmstrom AFB. Normal dispatch/refueling weekdays 0700–0200 next day; normal management, accounting, lab and bulk 0700–1600. Full-time positions include primary, local relief and support assignments. Day, late, overnight surge, weekends, holidays and locally based recall may be required. Individual shifts, response availability, overtime and benefits will be agreed in the contingent offer. No employee will be counted on two simultaneous posts or at both sites. Axyde Analytics, LLC 213 Golden Haze Aly Midlothian, VA 23113 ROLE-SPECIFIC SKILLS AND VERIFICATION Demonstrate master-level-equivalent fuels operating experience and practical supervision of product verification, bulk transfer or vehicle/aircraft servicing, as assigned. Check each crew member's task qualification, enforce two-person controls, maintain FOD/fire precautions and suspend service for unsafe conditions. Evidence and assignment prerequisites Provide dated lead assignments, crew sizes, products, aircraft/equipment types and qualification/training records. Driving assignments require appropriate current CDL tank/hazmat endorsements, flightline training/pass and equipment authorization before independent work. Practical assessment Demonstrate a crew brief, service vehicle inspection, bonding/shutdown checks and weather suspension/restart using controlling procedures. A lead title alone does not establish acting-TM, laboratory or accounting qualification.
