$24/hour - Class A CDL Material Transport Driver | No Weekends!

Position: Class A CDL Material Transport Driver Location: Youngsville, NC Pay: $24/hour Experience 6 months to 1 year of commercial driving, material transportation, warehouse logistics, or related experience preferred. Experience operating a Class A CDL truck in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred. Education: Active Class A CDL required. High school diploma or GED preferred. Type: Full-time; Direct Hire Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm Greene Resources is seeking a Class A CDL Material Transport Driver ! The Class A CDL Material Transport Driver will safely transport materials and products throughout a large manufacturing facility using a Class A commercial truck. This role focuses on moving materials between buildings, departments, warehouse areas, and production locations to support daily manufacturing and logistics operations. Job Description Safely operate a Class A CDL truck to transport materials and products across a large manufacturing facility. Move materials between designated warehouse, storage, shipping, receiving, and production areas according to operational needs. Complete material deliveries and pickups accurately and in a timely manner to prevent production delays. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns. Follow established traffic patterns, site-specific driving procedures, and all applicable safety regulations while operating equipment on facility grounds. Verify material identification, quantities, and delivery locations to ensure accurate movement of inventory. Communicate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams regarding material requests, deliveries, and schedule changes. Maintain accurate delivery records, material movement documentation, and required operational paperwork. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and report equipment issues promptly. Follow all company policies related to workplace safety, material handling, and vehicle operation. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership. Position Requirements Active Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Safe driving record and the ability to operate a commercial truck in an industrial environment. Strong attention to detail when transporting and delivering materials. Ability to follow directions, navigate a large manufacturing facility, and accurately identify delivery locations. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with warehouse and production teams. Ability to work independently while supporting daily manufacturing operations. Ability to regularly lift up to 55 lbs., as needed.
