What We're Looking For The Global Supply Chain and Repair organization leads Zebra’s purchasing, manufacturing, distribution and servicing of both products and solutions to customers around the world. Enabled by an innovative, inclusive and performance-driven culture, this team puts the customer first. The purpose of this internship is to prepare students for entry into the business world by providing a thorough understanding of the various functions of the Zebra Technologies organization. The program is designed to provide students with experiences that provide insights into a career with Zebra. Students will be positioned for success with training and hands-on experiences, invited to social and development activities, and provided a professional mentor relationship. US Summer Internship Benefits Summer Fridays, As Applicable With Your Team 30+ Social and Professional Events in 12 Weeks Global Immersion With Your Teams and Interns Intern Allowance (when applicable) Responsibilities Responsibilities may include but are not limited to (based on project assignment) : Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze operational datasets to identify trends, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decisions. Process Optimization: Assist in reviewing and improving existing workflows to drive operational efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks. Reporting & Dashboards: Maintain and update reports, trackers, and visual dashboards to provide visibility on key performance indicators (KPIs). Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with internal and external partners to address day-to-day operational needs and support ongoing initiatives. Special Projects: Execute a designated individual or team project, presenting actionable recommendations and findings to leadership. Develop planning, organizational and leadership skills Increase technology knowledge and skills Develop team-based work proficiencies Develop interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow up activities Minimum Qualifications Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, Business Management, Supply Chain Operations or similar Must have an anticipated graduation date between May 2027 - December 2029 Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future Preferred Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint) Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences Ability to collaborate as part of a team Effective verbal and written communication skills THIS IS A HYBRID INTERNSHIP LOCATED IN EITHER LINCOLNSHIRE, IL OR HOLTSVILLE, NY.
