About the Program At MPS, our interns are more than participants; they are contributors. Our internship program is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience in the modular power infrastructure industry while helping you build the foundation for a successful career. MPS's Summer Internship Program is a paid 12-week experience designed for students who are ready to take the next step in their professional journey. Throughout the summer, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and gain valuable exposure to engineering, manufacturing, and project execution within a fast-paced, innovative environment. You'll gain exposure to the design, manufacturing, and delivery of modular power solutions while working alongside experienced professionals across areas such as: Engineering Design Product Development Manufacturing Operations Quality Project Management Supply Chain Apply classroom learning while exploring career paths and taking on meaningful responsibilities alongside industry leaders. Rising junior or rising senior status preferred Previous internship experience in procurement/supply chain management a plus What You'll Need to Be Successful Interest in procurement, supply chain, logistics, and construction operations Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving Professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners Proficiency in, or willingness to learn, Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other business technologies Positive attitude an…
