1st Shift Warehouse Tire Loading & Unloading Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM Overtime: Occasionally required Work Type: Warehouse Tire Loading & Unloading Company: Freight Breakers LLC Compensation: Production-Based Pay Position Overview Freight Breakers is looking for dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our 1st Shift team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, staying active, and working toward daily production goals. As part of our warehouse team, you will help keep freight moving through the facility by handling tire shipments, loading and unloading trailers, organizing product, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. No Previous Tire-handling Experience Is Required — We Provide Training. Your Day-to-Day Load and unload tire freight safely and efficiently. Use a manual pallet jack to move and position tires. Sort and organize product according to SKU and designated storage locations. Build secure and properly aligned tire stacks using required slip sheets. Verify product labels and maintain organized storage areas. Work alongside team members to meet daily production expectations. Assist with maintaining accurate warehouse and inventory records. Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Follow OSHA requirements and all Freight Breakers safety procedures. 💰 Performance-Based Pay Your productivity can directly impact your earnings. Associates are compensated based on the trailers they complete rather than a traditional hourly structure. Typical earning potential: $150–$250+ per day $800–$1,200 per week at full productivity Approximately 3–4 trailers per shift is typical Trailer payouts generally range from $40–$115+ per trailer Trailer compensation is determined by the total weight of the load There is no fixed limit on the number of trailers an associate may complete, based on available work Actual earnings will vary based on individual productivity, trailer weight, available workload, and the amount of work completed. Hard work and consistent production can increase your earning potential. Training New hires receive hands-on training covering: Safe tire handling Trailer loading and unloading procedures Manual pallet jack operation Proper tire stacking and storage Warehouse safety procedures Production and quality expectations After successfully completing the first week of training, associates can earn up to approximately $200 per day / $1,000 per week , with additional earning potential as productivity increases. What You Need Reliable and consistent transportation Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to perform physical and repetitive manual labor Ability to work effectively as part of a team Willingness to follow safety and operating procedures Successful completion of a background check Successful completion of a drug test Availability to work Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM Flexibility to work occasional overtime when required Experience That Helps — But Isn't Required Warehouse or distribution experience Freight loading/unloading experience Manual pallet jack experience Tire-handling experience Previous physical or production-based work Training is provided, so previous warehouse experience is not required.
