1st Shift Tuesday-Saturday Full Time Warehouse Associate (Distribution/Shipping)

Lynco Products | Milan, Illinois Full-Time | Base Pay: $17.50/hour Looking for an active job with daytime hours and Sundays and Mondays off? Lynco Products is hiring Warehouse Associates to help pull, pack, and ship customer orders. We are a full-service distributor, manufacturer, and importer of consumer goods, and our warehouse team plays a direct role in getting the right products to customers on time. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys staying busy, pays attention to details, and takes pride in completing work accurately and efficiently. Your Schedule Tuesday–Friday: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Regular days off: Sunday and Monday. Potential overtime. What You’ll Do Pull customer orders, checking that products and quantities are correct. Pack and prepare orders for shipment to customer locations. Process and audit orders for accuracy. Label products according to customer requirements. Inspect products to ensure they meet customer specifications. Follow work instructions and safety procedures while helping the team meet daily shipping goals. Qualifications and Physical Requirements High school diploma or GED. Reliable transportation to meet the Tuesday–Saturday schedule. Ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 60 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods and crouch, carry, push, and lift products. Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
