Job description Ferti Technologies is a growing company that is a blender of specialty fertilizers for landscape professionals, golf courses, and the retail market. RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for an organized and motivated warehouse associate to join us for Seasonal work (December - May). The warehouse associate will be responsible for ensuring inventory is processed, organized, and stored. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on their feet, focused on meeting deadlines, and experienced in inventory warehouse procedures. The warehouse associate may also operate heavy machinery or drive equipment, so a candidate with experience and a valid driver’s license is preferred and forklift experience is a must! Other responsibilities may include: Move inventory and materials across facilities. Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location. Package items and label them correctly. Monitor items and ensure quality. Stack and organize large bulk items. Operate machinery such as forklifts to move or store inventory. Load and unload dry van and flatbed vehicles with product or raw materials. Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles. Work as an active team member to complete team goals. QUALIFICATIONS High school degree or equivalent preferred. Forklift experience is REQUIRED. Valid driver’s license. Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the shift. Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds or more. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work independently. Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
