Respectfully and efficiently greet visitors and vendors upon their entrance to our facility. Enforce access control policy including employees, visitors, and contractors and logged in/out appropriately on logs. Monitor/respond to emergency alarm systems and follow procedures. Monitor systems including but not limited to: CCTV and telephone systems and enforce procedures. Complete weigh master duties. Diary reconciliation duties. Truck inspections as needed. Inventory Management including some office supply purchasing. Data entry for administrative support. Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times. To communicate effectively with the team in a direct and effective manner. Ensure a productive turnover with off going gate attendants to include highlights of prior situations or events that may have occurred and may be of relevance. Alternative point of contact and communication to factory leadership regarding employee call-ins. Ensure you walk the talk and use the looking eyes, attend to the issues as and when they happen. Promote the Froneri culture of employees being owners rather than just employees. Measurable Outcomes Effective team in place Training and development plans in place for all teams, producing measurable business benefits Quality and improvement initiatives being implemented Reduction in accidents and incidents on a YOY basis Reducing trends of wastage De-kitting the line and making sure all packaging is returned to the warehouse Ensuring line is checked after being cleaned and all tools are stored in the correct places No stagnant water left in any equipment Levels of responsibility Technical system adherence Service Level Completion of the required production to plan Production Targets Usage and Labor variances for your area Health & Safety BEHAVIORS AND CORE VALUES: Must consistently showcase the desired behaviors that represent our Core Values.
