The first half ($500) is payable after successful completion of the orientation period and the second half ($500) is payable after one year of employment. * The hours for this position are from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM _________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Coordinate daily cycle counting activities and inventory audits using SAP. Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory reconciliation efforts. Investigate inventory variances and identify root causes. Process inventory adjustments in accordance with company procedures. Partner with warehouse, production, and purchasing teams to resolve inventory issues. Generate inventory accuracy and cycle count performance reports. Support month-end and annual physical inventory activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory control and material flow. Supervisory Responsibilities - This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Education and/or Experience – 2+ years of inventory control, materials, warehouse, or manufacturing experience. SAP experience required; SAP S/4HANA experience preferred. Strong understanding of inventory management and cycle counting practices. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Language Skills - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
