Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Managers to oversee daily retail operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead a team towards achieving sales goals. The ideal candidates will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven track record in retail management. This role offers an opportunity to manage a busy store environment, implement strategic initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of the store. Duties Lead and supervise store staff. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize sales opportunities Oversee sales management activities including pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales targets Handle customer service issues with professionalism and ensure a positive shopping experience Oversee POS transactions, cash handling, and cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones Manage purchasing decisions to maintain optimal inventory levels while controlling loss Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures Maintain administrative records including payroll processing, bookkeeping, and budgeting tasks Utilize organizational skills to coordinate store activities efficiently and effectively Requirements Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervising responsibilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS systems, and retail math principles Knowledge of merchandising, pricing strategies, marketing techniques, and sales management Ability to handle cash handling accurately and perform retail math calculations confidently Organizational skills with attention to detail in bookkeeping and administrative tasks Strong negotiation skills for vendor relations and purchasing negotiations Demonstrated ability in shift management, customer service excellence, and time management Experience with wireless sales or related product knowledge is advantageous Effective phone etiquette and organizational skills for managing multiple priorities This position is ideal for a proactive leader passionate about retail management who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
