In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting regional and long-haul freight over extended distances using our company-provided vehicle. We build strong, reliable networks by equipping our independent driving partners with the tools, freight, and support they need to thrive. Pay & Route Details Weekly Earnings: Fixed $1,300.00 per week for completed weekly contract runs. Route Type: Over-the-Road (OTR). Drivers must be comfortable traveling across multiple states and regions. Payment Schedule: Paid weekly via direct deposit. Incentives: Performance-based incentives available for consistent, safe, and on-time independent contractors. Future Growth: High-performing drivers will secure priority access to premium lanes and consistent, dedicated long-term freight opportunities. Vehicle & Expense Coverage Equipment: We provide the Cargo Van. (No wear and tear on your personal vehicle). Expenses: Fuel is fully covered by the company. Driver Requirements (CRITICAL) Age: Must be 21 years of age or older (for commercial fleet insurance compliance). License: Standard Driver’s License required only. DOT Status: NO DOT Medical Card required. Background: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Schedule & Availability Commitment: Must be willing to manage OTR schedules, which include consecutive days on the road and overnight stays depending on route lengths. Independence: Manage your own route planning efficiently to ensure timely deliveries and maximize your contract success. Pay: $1,300.00 per week Work Location: On the road
