Hiring: 1099 Non-CDL Team Box Truck Driver (OTR) Weekly Pay: $1,250 | Up to 3,000 Miles Per Week Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, professional, and safety-conscious team driver for our company-operated non-CDL box truck. This is an over-the-road (OTR) position working alongside another driver to complete long-distance freight deliveries throughout assigned routes. The ideal candidate is dependable, communicates well, follows safety regulations, and is comfortable spending extended periods on the road. Compensation & Schedule Pay: $1,250 per week Mileage: Up to 3,000 miles per week Position: 1099 independent contractor Driving: OTR team driving Equipment: Company-provided box truck Schedule: Based on dispatch and delivery requirements Travel: Must be comfortable with extended periods away from home Responsibilities Safely operate a non-CDL box truck on long-distance routes. Work cooperatively with a team driver. Complete pickups and deliveries on schedule. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Secure and protect freight during transit. Maintain delivery paperwork and communicate with dispatch. Keep the truck clean and report mechanical issues promptly. Follow applicable DOT, FMCSA, and hours-of-service requirements. Requirements Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle. Acceptable driving record. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Ability to work as part of a team. Comfortable with OTR driving and extended travel. Previous box truck or commercial driving experience preferred. Must meet applicable safety and qualification requirements.
