National Material L.P.Materials Management Coordinator Job Summary National Material L.P. (NMLP) was established in 1964 and is considered a leader in metals sales, processing and supply-chain management solutions. Duties and Responsibilities: Create and review key supply chain reports for the Materials Management Team. Non-Performing Material (SORE, AFG, etc) Contractual Mill Buys Specific Customer Account Supply Chains Waterfall Reviews Cross-Application of material to different customers / items. Enter purchase orders and confirm with producing supplier. Update the ERP System with confirmed ready dates and continue to maintain accurate confirmation dates by updating the system with any changes from the mill. Spot Buy Requests Expediate supplier orders as required. Communication of needs with Outside Processors Outside Processor Production Posting Education and Experience: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a supply chain or business, preferred Working knowledge of the Steel & Aluminum Flat-Roll Industry, preferred. Prior experience working in an ERP environment (ex. Microsoft AX, SAP, etc.) preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word & Outlook. Advanced Excel skills required (ex. Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, etc.) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Analytical & detail oriented. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
