m (QMS), leading the QA/QC team, ensuring raw materials and finished goods meet rigorous specifications, and driving continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001, customer requirements, and product safety standards.
• Define acceptance criteria and inspection controls for incoming raw materials (e.g., nonwovens, absorbent materials, films, adhesives, and packaging).
• Oversee in-process and finished-product inspections, coordinating testing for functional performance, dimensions, bonding, and visual standards.
• Lead defect and customer complaint investigations, conduct root-cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Partner cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to manage line start-ups, process changes, material deviations, and product disposition.
• Lead internal quality audits and coordinate external, customer, or supplier audits to ensure timely corrective actions.
• Monitor quality metrics (scrap/defect rates, test results, audit findings) and drive data-backed improvements.
• Train, mentor, and manage the QA/QC team, ensuring SOPs and quality standards are strictly executed on the shop floor.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of quality management experience in absorbent hygiene products, nonwovens, personal care, or related consumer-goods manufacturing. Team leadership experience preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong command of QMS, ISO 9001 standards, product testing, and GMP-style manufacturing controls.
• Core Skills: Proven expertise in root-cause analysis, corrective actions, audit execution, and quality data tracking.
• Communication & Language: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); Chinese-English bilingual ability is a strong plus.
