The Opportunity

As a key member of our Merchandising team, you will ensure timely market launches and accurate purchase order execution for all Wholesale and International partners. You will serve as a vital communication bridge between Merchandising, Design, Production, and Sales to align project timelines and objectives.

Your Daily Adventures

• Create, review, and amend purchase orders as required to support our global partners.
• Analyze and create essential reports, including Open Order, PO, and PLM reports, to ensure total purchasing accuracy.
• Create and maintain style selling linesheets in NuOrder for Wholesale and International partners during the buying season.
• Manage "Chase Buy" style creations across all channels and support the design team on Kid and Big & Tall tech pack updates.
• Action all changes across NuOrder, Momentis, and PLM systems, ensuring styles are set up correctly across all channels.
• Proactively communicate styling updates or order impacts to Account Services and Sales Executives.

Your Toolkit

• College degree (A.E.C. or D.E.C.), with a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, and charts).
• Hands-on experience with Momentis (PO Suggested Buy/PLM) and NuOrder (linesheet and style creation).
• A strong understanding of the general flow of wholesale operations, particularly regarding pre-booking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Miro, EDIs, or GTM Calendars is considered a strong asset.
