The Warehouse Systems Coordinator is responsible for tasks and warehouse projects. The role involves supporting the configuring of the system as needed, providing user support, and collaborating with Warehouse Directors and Managers to ensure projects and operations are efficient and reliable on a day-to-day basis, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support to the management team.
  • Configure Warehouse Management module settings and workflows to work efficiently.
  • Provide training and day-to-day support to warehouse staff on functionality and ensure proper system usage and troubleshooting of issues.
  • Support efforts to ensure the accuracy of inventory, order status, and stock movement data as directed by management.
  • Collaborate cross – functionally with warehouse, operations, and IT departments to optimize processes by leveraging functionalities to improve speed, accuracy, and productivity.
  • Manage inventory control, cycle counts, and audits for accurate stock levels and efficient replenishment processes.
  • Generate and analyze reports.
  • Ensure all system processes comply with company policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Launch the national security equipment project.
  • Monitor and track all storage units.
  • Establish and support warehouse activities for existing and future warehouses.
  • Create project warehouses for all new projects loaded into Sitetracker.
  • Other duties as required or assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, information systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Two to three years of relevant experienced preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Excel.
  • Ability to quickly identify and resolve system issues while working closely with IT and operational teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with warehouse staff, management, and external vendors.
  • Experience managing system upgrades, implementations, or process changes is a plus.
  • Role is primarily based in an office environment with occasional visits to local and remote warehouses for on-site work.
  • Flexibility in work hours may be required to handle system maintenance or resolve urgent issues, including evenings or weekends.
