Warehouse Supervisor Third Shift

Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse associates using forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Schedule labor resources to meet customer requirements on all shifts.
• Maintains safe, accident-free environment. Minimizes damage and inventory record accuracy errors.
• Manages order pulling and storage of sheets of high-pressure laminate. Supervises packing, palletizing and loading of product.  
• Minimizes breakage and shipping errors.
• Ensures all product is shipped or put-away promptly.
• Plans daily warehouse activity in Enterprise Resource Planning system and Warehouse Management System as well as on warehouse floor and docks. Plans and supervises daily cycle count activity.  
• Troubleshoots inventory accuracy problems.
• Train employees on standardized warehouse procedures including cross training within the facility

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have a related degree and 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse center.  
• Excellent communication, problem solving and organization skills required. Proficient in MS office and Forklift experience a must.
• Knowledge in MRP,EPR, and inventory systems a must.
• Candidates must be able to work 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd shift for vacation coverage however, this will be primarily a third shift position.
• Bilingual in English, Spanish, and Creole helpful.
• Knowledge in basic geography
• Knowledge of basic shipping regulations
