Job Description/Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Plan, assign, and oversee daily warehouse work. Balance labour, dock activity, and schedules to ensure efficient flow of materials and shipments.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate Excise, LCBO, HAZMAT, and shipping documentation. Ensure all BOLs, manifests, age certificates, and proof-of-shipment records are complete and compliant.
  • Inventory & Material Control: Maintain accurate inventories for finished goods, bulk materials, and flavouring ingredients. Coordinate cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Customer & Carrier Coordination: Manage carrier bookings, LTL/TL shipments, and bulk movements. Address and resolve shipping discrepancies promptly.
