Renewal by Andersen is seeking a motivated, hands-on Installation Manager & Warehouse Supervisor to support our continued growth throughout the Kootenay Region.


This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in residential construction, carpentry, glazing, or a related field who enjoys wearing multiple hats. In this role, you'll lead installation operations, oversee warehouse activities, manage service work, and ensure an exceptional homeowner experience from start to finish.

About the Role



As the Installation Manager & Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience from product delivery through installation readiness. Serving as the operational hub for the Kootenay Region, you'll oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, installation support, service coordination, and regional logistics across multiple locations.



This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys balancing operational oversight with team leadership. You'll work closely with installation crews, project coordinators, service teams, and regional leadership to ensure products are received accurately, inventory is managed effectively, and installation projects remain on track.


Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, accountability, leadership, and the ability to anticipate challenges before they occur. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of processes, drive improvements, and contribute directly to the continued growth of our business.



What You'll Do



Lead Warehouse & Logistics Operations

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, product handling, and distribution.
  • Ensure materials are accurately received, inspected, organized, and prepared to support installation schedules.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and proactively address discrepancies, shortages, and operational challenges.
  • Optimize warehouse organization, storage utilization, and material flow to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Support occasional product deliveries and transportation between company locations, job sites, and customer locations as needed.



Drive Installation Readiness & Project Success

  • Partner closely with project coordination, installation, and service teams to ensure projects are properly prepared and executed.
  • Coordinate product availability, installation materials, and logistical requirements to support seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively identify solutions to potential delays or operational obstacles.
  • Support service and warranty work by ensuring materials and resources are available when needed.



Provide Regional Oversight

  • Maintain operational oversight across multiple warehouse and service locations.
  • Travel throughout the region as required to support operations, provide leadership, and ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage technology, reporting, and data to support informed decision-making and operational planning.



Lead & Develop People

  • Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership to warehouse associates and temporary labour personnel.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management activities.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team environment focused on achieving shared goals.
  • Promote a culture of ownership, professionalism, and continuous improvement.



Champion Safety & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure compliance with all company health and safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintain high housekeeping standards throughout warehouse operations.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and overall business performance.
  • Support company initiatives and contribute to ongoing operational excellence across the region.



What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, construction operations, transportation, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Previous leadership experience supervising, coaching, or coordinating teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with mobile technology and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, moving, pushing, and pulling materials safely.

Travel Requirements

This position is based in the Kootenay Region and requires periodic travel to support operations throughout the region.

  • Company vehicle provided for most business travel.
  • Travel-related accommodations and meals are covered when applicable.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
  • Mileage reimbursement is provided when personal vehicle use is approved.



Physical Requirements

This role involves a combination of warehouse, field, and office work.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Regular standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
  • Safely handling products and materials weighing up to 80 lbs.
  • Participating in team lifts for heavier products.
  • Operating within warehouse environments and climbing ladders when required.
  • Periodic computer and administrative work associated with inventory, scheduling, and reporting.
