Warehouse Supervisor

Hadco Metal Trading Co., LLC distributes and supplies metal products including aluminum, stainless steel, carbon, related alloys, and engineering plastics for general engineering, aerospace, and commercial markets. 

Hadco branches are located strategically in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, 

New York, New Hampshire, North & South Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Philadelphia-US Corporate Headquarters, Texas, Washington, with transfer stations located throughout the East, Midwest and West allowing a nationwide presence and coverage with next day delivery capability. 

Schedule: Sunday 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM; Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM (48 hours per week) Tuesday & Wednesday off

Position Summary:

Hadco is hiring an experienced Warehouse Supervisor – 2nd Shift in our Claremore, OK facility to oversee all warehouse operations including saw operations, loading activities, and overall production flow. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations ensuring safety, productivity, and accuracy.
• Oversee saw operations, order fulfillment, and loading activities, particularly during Sunday’s critical logistics window.
• Monitor workflow and progress throughout the shift; address bottlenecks and reassign resources as needed to meet deadlines.
• Ensure all shipments and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain effective communication and handoffs with the Warehouse Manager and other supervisors to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
• Enforce company safety policies and procedures; promote a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to improve performance and engagement.
• Participate in daily and weekly production meetings, providing updates on shift performance and any operational issues.
• Collaborate with other departments (WH office) as needed to support order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as warehouse or production supervisor, preferably in metal service, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Solid understanding of warehouse logistics, material handling, and production flow.
• Familiarity with saw operations and/or metal processing preferred.
• Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to work extended or additional hours when required.
