Job Description

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized individual who has a strong attention to detail to join our team as our Stocking Lead in our Broomfield, CO warehouse. 

The warehouse stocking lead will assist and lead others on all receiving and stocking functions of the warehouse, and act in a support capacity with inventory control and shipping. This position is responsible for the efficient and accurate offloading and receiving of containers, maintaining adequate levels of product inventories throughout the warehouses, as well as assisting with inventory counts, order picking, packing, and shipping. This position will also act as coverage in instances when the shift supervisor is off. This position’s hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5:45pm.

Receiving/Stocking

  • Train and maintain policies and procedures related to receiving and stocking
  • Coordinate the appropriate processing of various receiving reports and inventory requisitions. Validate the received inventory matches expected inventory by PO
  • Manage daily inventory putaways and backstock consolidation

Inventory Management

  • Assist with execution of daily cycle count schedule using WMS
  • Assist with the various cycle counts schedule of all inventory and audit for errors and inconsistencies. Investigate, identify and reconcile the cycle count discrepancies, i.e., shortages as well as overages
  • Assist with monitoring and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions. Accurately input inventory balance and adjustments and data related to product in the inventory system. Prepare inventory reports as necessary
  • Assist with managing non-WMS inventory, gear library, spare parts by maintaining SAP and Excel documents
  • Assist with returns department processing

Safety

  • Train employees on safety protocols and enforce safety guidelines

Warehouse Supervision

  • Work in tandem with various departments and maintain flexible attitude supporting all the work that helps in achieving organizational goals.
  • Supervise the receiving of containers and ensure all safety protocols are followed
  • Develop, document, and enforce all warehouse safety measures and protocols
  • Act as coverage during times when other supervisors are off work

Outbound Operations

  • Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping
  • Assist with monitoring order workload and properly prioritize workflow
  • Provide support and assist with order troubleshooting

Qualifications

    • 1+ years working in a warehouse environment
    • 1+ year working directly with inventory, stocking, and inventory management system
    • Ability to perform tasks under pressure with a positive attitude in a deadline driven environment
    • Strong analytical and excellent problem-solving skills
    • Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills
    • High attention to detail with the willingness to learn, adapt and improve processes & procedures
    • Ability to instruct and lead others to complete the assigned tasks
    • Ability to be trained and certified on forklift operations
    • Ability to manage time effectively, as they may need to handle multiple functions to consistently meet deadlines
    • Proficient computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn ERP and WMS systems
    • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to stand for long periods of time
    • High School diploma required

    This is a full-time warehouse-based position; located in Broomfield, Colorado. This position comes with a comprehensive benefits package which includes health insurance (medical, dental, vision), retirement match, EAPs, paid time off, community service leave, paid holidays, wellness stipend, gear allowance, and some other great perks. This position works Monday through Friday on our afternoon shift (9:00am – 5:45pm). The pay range for this role is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.
