What You’ll Do

• Receive, organize, and maintain inventory to support daily field and service operations
• Track, analyze, and report on warehouse stock levels and part availability
• Ensure accurate and timely movement of materials, equipment, and tools throughout the facility
• Support technicians by preparing orders, staging materials, and maintaining inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment
• Utilize internal systems (e.g., ServiceTitan or equivalent) for documentation, tracking, and reporting
• Partner with the Warehouse Manager and leadership team to improve processes and support operational goals
• Deliver a strong customer service mindset when interacting with internal teams

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or material handling experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift, move, and manage materials and equipment safely
• Familiarity with warehouse systems or inventory management tools (preferred)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services experience a plus
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test (required)
