Description

We are looking for a talented Warehouse Operator – Level II to join our team Manufacturing in Logistics at our facility in Mineral Point, WI, US. 

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:   

  • Ensure accurate inventory flow by receiving, checking, sorting, labeling, and storing goods correctly, reducing discrepancies and preventing delays or losses. 

  • Protect people and the workplace by consistently following HSE standards, using PPE, stopping work for hazards, and actively reporting and correcting unsafe conditions. 

  • Safeguard product quality through careful inspections, identifying non-conforming materials, and raising issues early to minimize cost and quality risks. 

  • Optimize warehouse efficiency by organizing storage to maximize space utilization and maintaining an orderly, clean work environment. 

  • Deliver on customer expectations by picking, packing, and dispatching goods accurately, on time, and to defined cycle times and standards. 

  • Support reliable operations by competently operating manual and automated equipment and identifying equipment issues before they impact production. 

  • Strengthen teamwork and communication by collaborating with peers, skilled trades, and support teams to solve problems and improve processes. 

  • Drive continuous improvement by participating in training, suggesting improvements to safety, quality, and material flow, and staying flexible to meet changing business needs.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:  
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.  
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.  
 
Experience:  
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
