- Hourly Range – $20.50 - $29.50 per hour

Job Overview
The Warehouse Operator plays a key role in executing assigned warehouse tasks. This includes operating warehouse equipment, good communication, and effective teamwork in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pull customer orders in correct sequence using warehouse management systems and proper code date procedures.
- Receive and unload incoming product from suppliers and production facilities; verify quantity, item numbers, and load IDs; create load ID numbers and scan pallet labels in the warehouse system.
- Assign and organize inventory to appropriate storage locations while maintaining proper product rotation by date and code for quality assurance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of all product movement within the warehouse, ensuring proper record keeping and filing procedures.
- Communicate proactively with Warehouse Supervisor/Lead/Senior regarding any issues that may impact load schedules, customer satisfaction, or operational productivity.
- Report mechanical malfunctions and identify opportunities for operator involvement in resolving equipment concerns to improve productivity.
Min. Qualifications
- GED or High School Diploma is preferred.
- Direct or related experience of 1 year is highly preferred.
- Must be able to operate forklifts, pallet jacks (manual/electric.)
