As a leading systems integrator and alarm monitoring company, they deliver high-value security solutions to long-term clients, safeguarding their people, assets, and operations.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Manager reports into Director of Finance and oversees the warehousing team across Canada. Overseeing the full lifecycle of inventory control, and warehouse operations. This role ensures that materials, equipment, and supplies are delivered on time, and stored efficiently. The manager supervises warehouse staff and maintains optimal inventory levels to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities – Warehouse Management

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies.
• Ensure proper handling, labelling, and storage of materials.
• Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and safety.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile variances.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to drive efficiency in project delivery.
• Manage the vendor RMA process.

Leadership & Coordination

• Supervise and train warehouse and procurement staff.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure operational alignment.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare operational reports for senior management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years experience in warehouse management, or supply chain roles.
• Strong negotiation and vendor‑management skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Logistics & Working Conditions

• Eligible to work in Canada without restrictions (Citizens and valid PR holders will be prioritized)
• Ability to work on-call on a rotational basis, covering after-hours & weekend emergency calls if needed.
• Ability to work on call and out of town when necessary
• Climb ladders that extend up to 24 ft. in height
• Carry items up to 75 pounds.
• Experience preferred in working with boom and scissor lifts
• Relocation package: NOT included
