About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support our warehouse, shipping, and logistics operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments, pickups, deliveries, and warehouse requests.
- Communicate with carriers, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Track shipments, inventory arrivals, replacements, and delivery issues.
- Request and compare shipping and vendor quotes.
- Follow up on delays, damages, claims, billing issues, and other logistics problems.
- Maintain vendor, shipment, and logistics records.
- Support the Warehouse Supervisor and Customer Service team.
- Help identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Warehouse, logistics, shipping, fulfillment, or operations experience preferred.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Good communication and follow-through skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic computer systems.
- Able to work full-time on-site.
- Mandarin/Chinese is a plus.
