Position DescriptionApplied Medical is seeking a warehouse lead to own the daily execution of warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory handling, and shipment processing. The warehouse lead works hands-on alongside the warehouse associate while taking ownership of workflow priorities and issue resolution. In a lean, two-person operation, this warehouse operations lead applies practical judgment, autonomy, and a team-first approach to keep picking, packing, shipping, and receiving moving on schedule. Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities support success in this shipping and receiving lead role.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activities accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate and prioritize the daily workload to meet service expectations and maintain throughput.
- Monitor order flow, resolve fulfillment issues, and coordinate carrier handoffs so outbound shipments leave on time.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through correct system transactions, sound handling practices, and discrepancy investigation.
- Manage return and reverse logistics processes, including returned goods authorization (RGA) and equipment returns, and support quarantine segregation and documentation.
- Sustain a safe, organized warehouse environment and report facility or equipment issues promptly.
- Guide and support the warehouse associate while promoting a collaborative, accountable, and solutions-oriented team.
- Identify recurring operational issues and propose practical process improvements with the broader operations team.

Position RequirementsThis position requires the following skills and attributes:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to five years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or operations environments
- Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage a daily workload with minimal supervision
- Comfort navigating ERP systems, reports, and operational data
- Effective communication and collaboration as a team member
- Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable approach in a lean environment with shifting priorities
- Ability to work in an indoor warehouse environment without cold storage or hazardous materials
- Ability to lift and carry up to fifty pounds
PreferredThe following skills and attributes are preferred:
- Experience with SAP enterprise resource planning software
- Experience in a medical device, healthcare, or regulated distribution environment
