The Dixon Group is looking for a dependable and driven Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations and guide a team of employees in Dallas, NC! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem solving, and leading by example in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:
- As a Warehouse Lead, you’ll play a key role in the success of our operation by:
- Leading, training, and supporting a team to meet daily production goals
- Performing shipping, receiving, stocking, picking, and packing activities
- Reviewing, verifying, and processing customer orders accurately
- Replenishing materials and maintaining inventory organization
- Promoting a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
- Operating within an automated warehouse management system (WMS)
- Adapting to changing priorities and daily workflow needs
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or materialâhandling experience preferred
- Forklift experience or willingness to be trained and certified
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
- Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills
- A sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Flexibility to take on various tasks as needed
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
