Warehouse Lead

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations within the Aerial Work Platform (AWP) equipment industry in the Toronto, Canada market. This role supports the efficient movement, storage, maintenance, and control of equipment while ensuring inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. The Warehouse Lead partners closely with the Parts, Service, and Operations teams to support equipment uptime, customer demand, and operational goals, including performing and overseeing equipment Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily warehouse and inventory activities to support AWP equipment operations efficiently and safely
• Perform machine loading/unloading, receiving inspections, and inventory management activities
• Perform and oversee Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) to ensure equipment meets company quality and safety standards
• Conduct machine exercise and basic maintenance activities to maintain equipment readiness
• Install and test machine accessories and attachments as required
• Maintain warehouse 6S standards to ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Ensure accurate receiving, inspection, and documentation of incoming equipment and parts
• Maintain accurate inventory records including serial numbers, equipment status, and related documentation
• Supervise and support warehouse team members while providing training and operational guidance
• Collaborate with Parts, Service, and Operations teams to support customer demand, operational KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
