RESPONSIBILTIES

• Pick and fulfill customer orders involving semen, embryos, colostrum, and AI supplies.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming inventory and customer returns.
• Work with liquid nitrogen storage systems while handling and preparing products for shipment.
• Support shipping, receiving, and daily warehouse operations to ensure products move accurately and on time.
• Assist customers with tank fills, pickups, and product-related needs.
• Process returned tanks, including cleaning, labeling, inspecting, and returning them to inventory systems.
• Perform inventory counts, maintain accurate records, and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment while supporting teammates where needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding work.
• Ability to safely lift and move products throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working around liquid nitrogen and in a unique agricultural warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
  Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrates integrity, reliability, accountability, and a willingness to tackle hands-on work.
