Warehouse & Fabrication Associate

What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day)

• Fabricate and prepare materials for installs (cutting, assembling, staging shelving, mirrors, blinds, etc.)
• Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing materials
• Assist with inventory tracking and counting
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

This job IS:

• Hands-on, physical work
• A learning opportunity for someone interested in fabrication or skilled trades
• Fast-paced and detail-oriented

This job is NOT:

• A sit-down or light-duty role
• Forklift-only work
• A position with minimal physical effort

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift to 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Willingness to learn fabrication skills and work with tools/materials
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Previous warehouse or construction experience
• Forklift
• Experience using hand tools or measuring/cutting materials
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements

This position requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, reaching, climbing ladders, and working in varying temperatures. Strong manual dexterity and a focus on safety are essential. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals.
