Shift: 3:30 PM-12:00 AM
Hourly Rate: $22.86 an hour + $1.00 shift differential
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will support production by receiving raw materials, transporting materials in and out of production areas, maintaining accurate inventory through counting and verification, and ensuring materials flow smoothly throughout the facility. You will collaborate closely with leads, peers, and operators to keep production running efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. This role includes 25% freezer work and 10% forklift work when not covering shipping.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Receive all raw materials and transport materials in and out of production areas.
- Count, verify, and track materials to maintain accurate inventory records using SAP.
- Pick, stage, and deliver materials to the production room as needed.
- Respond to production calls for materials and retrieve pallets once production is complete.
- Perform end‑of‑shift reconciliation, verifying returned pallets for date, quantity, and weight.
- Maintain clear communication with leads, peers, and operators to support smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse with a strong emphasis on cleaning duties.
- Support the Matrix department by picking, staging, and transporting materials.
- Serve as a flex resource, covering shipping during call‑offs and supporting receiving as needed.
- Complete freezer support activities (25% of role), including handling finished goods, put‑aways, scanning, loading, and forklift operation.
- Perform forklift work (10% of role when not covering shipping), including material movement and pallet handling.
- Build pallets after production completion and support freezer put‑aways (freezer suits provided; work involves in‑and‑out exposure rather than prolonged time inside).

- Experience with forklift operation in a warehouse or production environment.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, physically active manufacturing setting.
- Strong communication skills to support coordination across departments.
- Commitment to safe work practices and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Familiarity with SAP or other inventory management systems welcomed.
- Willingness to flex to shipping, receiving, and freezer support as business needs arise.
