As a Warehouse Driver, you play a critical role in keeping our branches running smoothly by safely transporting products between locations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations. This position offers a variety of responsibilities, allowing you to stay active throughout the day while making a direct impact on our customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-owned 26-foot box truck to transport parts and products between branch locations.
• Ensure deliveries are accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Provide outstanding customer service during all deliveries and branch interactions.
• Verify outgoing shipments and transfers for accuracy before departure.
• Receive, stock, organize, and distribute incoming inventory.
• Assist with warehouse transfers, returns, and order fulfillment.
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Assist with additional warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience operating a box truck, delivery truck, or similar commercial vehicle (CDL not required).
• Strong work ethic and dependability.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT exam.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to move up to 300 pounds using hand trucks, barrel dollies, hydraulic lifts, and other mechanical aids.
• Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, squatting, climbing, reaching, pushing, pulling, standing, and walking.
• Ability to work in both warehouse and outdoor environments throughout the year.
• Frequent use of close visual acuity and verbal communication.
