Position: Warehouse Driver
Classification: Full-Time / Non - Exempt
Location: Hayward
Reports To: Warehouse Manager
Summary/Objective
This position involves pick-up and delivery duties using company supplied vehicle(s). When not driving, this position supports our shipping & receiving department as well as general warehousing responsibilities for the support of day-to-day facility and service operations.

This job operates in a professional work environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a deskbound role; however, filing, correlating, reproduction and binding materials are required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, bend or stand on a stool, climb stairs, and prepare training and meeting rooms/spaces as necessary.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, listen, bend, squat, walk, lift, pull, push, and climb stairs.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time exempt position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. This position may require long hours and occasional travel work as job duties demand.
Travel
Travel may be required for this position to all R. F. MacDonald Co. office locations within its operating cities and customer sites with out-of-area and possible overnight travel expected.
High school diploma or equivalent
At least two years of warehouse/shipping/receiving/driver experience
Ability to operate forklifts
Valid driver’s license, with good driving record and no violations
Must be self-motivated and proactive nature within work environment
Proven working experience as a driver and warehouse personnel
Excellent time management skills
