Overview
The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for inventory accuracy, product availability, and coordination between production, sales, warehouse, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers. This role ensures inventory integrity, supports customer fulfillment, and maintains efficient supply chain operations through strong analytical and systems expertise.

Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Manage inventory transactions and reconciliation using SAP.
- Review and adjust Bills of Lading (BOLs) to ensure receiving accurately matches inbound shipments.
- Process warehouse breakage write-offs and enter rework cases into the system.
- Perform daily inventory reconciliations and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate and complete full inventory counts during four-week period-end inventory reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory integrity across all warehouse locations.
Product Availability
- Work closely with the Production team to maintain healthy inventory levels.
- Partner with the Sales team to ensure products are available to meet customer demand.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to support the launch and distribution of new products.
- Monitor inventory trends and proactively identify potential supply issues.
Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Coordination
- Maintain effective communication with warehouse and 3PL partners.
- Support onboarding of new products into 3PL operations.
- Ensure inventory movements are accurately reflected between internal systems and external warehouse providers.
Billing & Administration
- Prepare and process weekly invoices for 3PL providers utilizing the MyBuy platform.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support supply chain reporting as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Production, Sales, and external logistics partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business systems is considered a strong asset.
