Warehouse Clerk

Maxxima is in search of a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Clerk to join our new distribution center in Lake Park, FL. This is a great opportunity to be part of a small but growing foundational team with a growing company and build a long-term career in warehouse operations, logistics, and distribution.

In this role, you’ll support daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving for LED lighting and electrical supply products. You’ll help maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse while working in a fast-paced environment to receive freight, restock shelves, and organize products.

Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Work Hours: Day Shift, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do: 

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy 
• Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and verify quantities 
• Operate warehouse equipment including RF/Zebra scanners and pallet jacks
• Organize and restock products to maintain accurate inventory levels
• Support shipping, receiving, and overall warehouse operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment 
• Follow all safety procedures and operational standards

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of warehouse, shipping & receiving, or order picking experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately pick, pack, and verify orders
• Dependable, consistent team player able to work independently and collaboratively
• Able to prioritize tasks and work with a sense of urgency
• Proficient in spoken and written English for effective communication and safety
• Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
• Basic computer skills required
• Forklift certification a plus
