Job Description

Do you enjoy organized and fast-paced work? Are you interested in inventory management, logistics, and supporting production operations? Join our team as a Warehouse Clerk.


In this role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of production activities by ensuring the availability of parts, tools, and materials required for operations. You will work in a structured environment where organization, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential to achieving production goals.


Responsibilities

  • Supply production with the materials, parts, and tools required according to operational needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels, report any discrepancies or irregularities, and organize materials efficiently.
  • Perform inventory transactions in the computer system and ensure data accuracy.
  • Manage and replenish Kanban systems.
  • Store parts and materials in designated locations according to established procedures.
  • Follow all applicable processes, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (HSD) or relevant training in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar warehouse, stockroom, or inventory management role.
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems and strong computer skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP, an MRP system, or a comparable ERP system (asset).
  • Ability to work in an organized manner and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, versatile, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Working Conditions

  • Clean, quiet, and climate-controlled production environment.
  • In-house training provided.
  • Tools and work equipment supplied.
  • Day shift schedule, Monday to Friday.
