OVERVIEW
Cadrex is searching for a Warehouse Associate II who will play a vital role in our warehouse operations, focusing on inventory management, order fulfillment, and material handling. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including receiving and inspecting materials, picking and packing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our warehouse operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy, proper packaging, and timely delivery
- Record inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory systems or manual logs
- Perform and lead daily inventory counts, cycle counts, and the annual physical inventory
- Identify, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies and process gaps
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas with proper labeling and accessibility
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflows, productivity, and warehouse efficiency
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Assist with training and mentoring new warehouse associates
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with inventory management systems or warehouse software
- Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting and material handling
- Forklift experience or certification preferred
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Mon-Thurs, 6:00am-3:30pm and Fri, 6am-10am

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to the risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and occasionally loud.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
