This position reports to the Operations Manager and is part of the Baltimore Distribution Center located in Nottingham, MD and will be an on-site role.
The Warehouse Associate executes all the fundamental administrative and systematic tasks needed to fulfill a primary function in the distribution center. This role requires strong teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to quality and safety standards. You’ll play a critical part in sustaining warehouse logistics requirements and ensuring efficient, accurate processes that meet customer expectations.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Perform material handling tasks including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and cycle counting, ensuring accuracy and documenting any discrepancies.
Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and scanning devices.
Perform inventory tasks such as cycle counts, audits, and system updates within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
The essential requirements of the job include:
High School Diploma or GED; 5+ years of warehouse/distribution experience.
Proficiency with computers, handheld scanners, and warehouse software, including WMS.
Must demonstrate clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (70 lbs. with assistance) and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, climbing).
Forklift certification is preferred; must be willing to certify if not already.
The hourly range for this role is $26 - $28 per hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
The work hours for this position are: 10:00am - 6:30pm M-F
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay and shift differential.
