Warehouse Associate

Role Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support a short-term inventory project. This role will focus on scanning, identifying, and recording serial numbers for finished goods to ensure accuracy in our systems. Full training will be provided. Great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in inventory and warehouse operations.

This is a temporary warehouse position supporting a serialized inventory project, expected to last approximately 60-90 days, depending on business needs. The work schedule is Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Scan and accurately record product serial numbers
• Enter inventory details into NetSuite (training provided)
• Confirm physical products match system records
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
• Label, organize, and stage finished goods
• Identify and report missing, duplicate or incorrect serial numbers

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to follow written processes and step-by-step instructions 
• Comfortable standing, walking and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable and punctual throughout the project duration
• Forklift and pallet jack experience a plus (certification preferred, not required)
• NetSuite experience helpful but not required (training provided)
