Warehouse Associate

Position Overview:

This role is responsible for shipping and receiving duties, order picking, produce storage and organization, rotation, selection and other related warehouse tasks. The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against provided paperwork.
• Conduct quality/temperature checks on incoming and outgoing products.
• Loading, unloading, sorting, and stocking products in an organized and timely manner.
• Accurately pack, prepare and stage orders for shipping using a printed picking slip.
• Work individually and with other team members to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Overtime as needed
• Weekends
• Holidays

• High school diploma or equivalent.
•  Ability to lift items of up to 50 pounds in weight and stand for long periods of time.
•  Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is highly preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift, rider pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment is highly preferred.
•  Fluent written and spoken English.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
