Hendriks Greenhouses is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Production Department in a permanent full-time role. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this position is responsible for supporting warehouse and production operations by accurately picking, organizing, and delivering materials required for production orders while maintaining safe and efficient warehouse practices.

What You'll Do
Accurately pick and prepare orders using warehouse inventory systems.
Retrieve and prioritize order requests to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Transport materials from warehouse storage areas to production departments.
Organize carts and materials to prevent product damage during transport.
Safely operate reach trucks and other warehouse equipment.
Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance logs as required.
Conduct inventory cycle counts as directed.
Identify and report damaged inventory and inventory discrepancies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company health and safety policies and safe material handling practices.
Communicate inventory, system, or safety concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Assist with other warehouse duties as required.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
Reach Truck Operator License is required or the ability to obtain certification.
Experience using inventory management systems is considered an asset.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work, including walking, climbing stairs, and pushing carts.
Steel-toe safety footwear is required.
