Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Belfast 2nd Shift

General Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Inventory Control Manager, the Warehouse Associate receives and restocks incoming parts and materials, ensuring an adequate supply on the manufacturing floor to help make Mathews Brothers’ manufacturing operations as efficient as possible. The Warehouse Associate may also perform inventory cycle counts as needed. This role will be responsible for transporting materials via order picker, forklift, and combilift if necessary.
Working Hours
This position has a working day that begins at 5:00 pm and ends at 1:30 am. When working overtime the working day ends at 3:30 am.
Essential Job Functions
Receives and restocks incoming parts and materials, maintaining accurate inventory
Transfers parts and materials using a hand scanner, maintaining accurate inventory
Requests parts from various warehouses
Delivers parts and materials to locations on the factory floor
Restocks cut lines and glass departments as needed
Rotates stock consistently (first in, first out)
Helps keep Belfast warehouses clean and in order
Identifies missing, lost, or damaged parts and materials
Empty dumpsters as needed

Skills/Experience/Training Required
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated experience or willingness to learn the operation of warehousing equipment such as powered pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers.
Exceptional attention to detail

Spends significant time seated on a forklift; occasionally must climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; vibration; high noise level
At times, works at heights up to 25 feet above ground (secured)
Must regularly lift up to 25lb, occasionally up to 75lb.
