Warehouse Associate

PA’s leading distributor of janitorial and office supplies is currently seeking a motivated employee to join it's Distribution team as a Warehouse Associate. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role ensures accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What you’ll do:

• Accurately pick & prepare customer orders for shipment and/or pick up.
• Receive and verify incoming shipments; identify and report any damaged items or shortages.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
• Operate various equipment to include hand trucks, pallet jacks and forklifts in a safe manner and within company guidelines.
• Use handheld scanners and other computer equipment.
• Route incoming shipments to designated locations within the warehouse.

What you’ll need:

• Prior experience with the use of a forklift
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
