Project Canary builds high-fidelity sensors, ingests data from various other technologies and sources, and leverages proprietary analytics and models to deliver insights that operators can act on to reduce emissions. The data-driven technology enables energy operators to stop leaks faster, reduce risk, streamline reporting, and differentiate their operations for key stakeholders.

The Warehouse Associate will focus on maintaining a functional, orderly warehouse space and coordinating shipping logistics. Core functions of this role include managing inventory, receiving, processing and preparing shipments, utilizing warehouse equipment/machinery, and driving a company vehicle as needed. A successful Warehouse Associate will have a keen eye for detail and should be capable of maintaining all inventory while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

This is a full-time, salaried position.


Key Responsibilities


Inventory Management & Cycle Counts
  • Perform weekly cycle counts for assigned warehouse aisles and monthly cycle counts at the Denver headquarters location
  • Input and maintain inventory cycle count information in NetSuite
  • Maintain warehouse organization standards across all storage areas

Procurement & Purchase Order Management
  • Create, manage, and track purchase orders through NetSuite
  • Order calibration gases for all field technicians, ensuring timely delivery and adequate stock levels
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on order status, lead times, and receipt of goods

Logistics & Fulfillment
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping
  • Ship equipment and replacement parts to field technicians as needed, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery
  • Manage carrier relationships (DHL, FedEx, etc.) and optimize shipping processes

Warehouse Operations & Organization
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environments
  • Maintain and improve warehouse organization systems, bin locations, and labeling standards
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hazardous materials handling procedures (e.g., calibration gases, dangerous goods)

Qualifications


  • Availability to work during normal delivery hours (typically 8:00-5:00 Monday through Friday)
  • Proficiency in NetSuite for purchasing and receiving, and inventory management
  • Prior knowledge of warehouse operations including counting inventory and packing orders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience operating certain power equipment (pallet jack, forklift) required (certifications preferred)
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to reach, pull, lift and carry items in the warehouse weighing over 50 lbs.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Valid driver’s license (travel between Warehouse and Denver Headquarters required)
