Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for carrying out the Logistics Facility day-to-day tasks effectively and efficiently. 


Key Responsibilities

    • Loads and unloads trucks and trailers for daily shipments and returns
    • Pulls tool orders
    • Maintains electronic records of tool inventory through approved software application
    • Documents and puts away returning tools
    • Inspects returning tools to ensure that they are complete, in proper operational order and in a usable state of cleanliness
    • Maintains electronic records for the staging and receiving of jobsite materials via approved software application
    • Assists with the preparation and staging of finished goods from Prefabrication
    • Is responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of the Logistics Facility


    Qualifications

    Education

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Valid driver’s license required


    Skills & Competencies

    • Ability to take direction from others
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
    • Demonstrates organizational and multi-tasking skills as well as attention to detail
    • Possesses or has a willingness to obtain a forklift license
    • Possesses or has a willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification
    • Intermediate computer skills

    Work Environment

    • Ability to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time
    • Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, stoop, crouch and move intermittently
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds individually, utilizing team lifting for heavier items
    • Must be able to work in all weather conditions and a non-climate-controlled warehouse

    • Travel is primarily local during the business day
