Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Warehouse Attendant in the Oil and Gas industry in Redwater, Alberta.


We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Attendant to support a fast-paced industrial operation. In this role, you’ll manage receiving, inventory control, shipping, and material distribution while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency. Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming materials against documentation
  • Record deliveries and maintain accurate receiving logs
  • Process materials into CMMS systems such as Maximo
  • Organise, label, and store inventory in designated locations
  • Pick, stage, and issue materials for work orders
  • Coordinate and prepare outbound shipments with required documentation
  • Maintain shipping logs and track repair materials
  • Ensure compliance with safety and handling standards


Requirements:

  • Demonstrate commitment to workplace safety and procedures
  • Hold a valid driver’s licence
  • Possess 5+ years of shipping and receiving experience
  • Utilise CMMS systems such as Maximo, SAP, or JDE
  • Apply intermediate MS Office skills including Excel and Outlook
  • Maintain certifications such as TDG, WHMIS, and First Aid Level C
  • Operate lift trucks safely and handle physical workload
  • Work effectively in outdoor and varying weather conditions
