Job Type: Full‑Time, Hourly
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Range: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven, dependable Warehouse Associate to join our St. Louis team. This role is essential to our success — ensuring products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately, safely, and on time. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced position for someone who takes real pride in hard work, thrives on staying active, and knows that speed means nothing without accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products according to order specifications, ensuring correct item, quantity, and quality
• Organize picked products onto carts with appropriate paperwork and prioritize placement in the packing line
• Pack outbound shipments to ensure they are accurate, secure, damage‑free, and presentable
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or quality issues to management
• Process domestic shipments via FedEx and UPS (offline shipping systems)
• Prepare and ship international orders, ensuring proper documentation
• Track and report time and productivity accurately
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment at all times
• Assist with physical inventory counts
• Cross‑train and support other warehouse areas as needed, providing backup coverage during absences or vacations

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Computer literacy and comfort working with shipping systems
• Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters here
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• A strong work ethic — dependable, accountable, and punctual
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• High‑energy mindset and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment
• Prior experience shipping FedEx, UPS, and/or international orders is a plus
