Warehouse and showroom coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Warehouse and Showroom Coordinator to oversee daily operations in our retail and storage facilities. This role involves managing inventory, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, warehouse experience, forklift license and ability to work independently.

Duties

• Manage inventory levels, organize warehouse storage, and ensure accurate product tracking using POS systems.
• Coordinate showroom displays, merchandising, and product demos to enhance customer engagement.
• Assist customers with inside sales, upselling, and product recommendations to maximize sales opportunities.
• Conduct outside sales efforts, including negotiation and account management with clients.
• Facilitate retail sales transactions, including cashiering and cash handling procedures.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote showroom products and services effectively.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Organize product displays, manage merchandising efforts, and ensure the showroom remains inviting and professional.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.

Experience

• Proven experience in warehouse management.
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and account management processes.
• Knowledge of CAD, or related design software is advantageous.
• Experience in renovation or construction projects within a retail environment is a plus.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills combined with effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
