Overview

Ira Toyota of Orleans  is part of fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail and we are looking to add a qualified Virtual Finance Operations Director to our team.  With our state-of-the-art facility, unbeatable work environment, and industry-leading compensation, you'll have the tools and resources to thrive and reach new heights in your career.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs and expectations on an ongoing basis to ensure the highest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate the involvement and escalation of internal resources, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet customers expectations.
  • Communicating customer concerns, challenges and the interaction of different processes within their organization.
  • Proactively lead document planning process that develops performance objectives, KPI's, financial targets, and critical milestones for the duration of each customer contract.
  • Act as a dedicated advocate for the customer, ensuring a seamless, positive experience throughout the entire transaction process.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks to maximize productivity and ensure efficient use of both your time and your team’s resources.
  • Enthusiastically represent Orleans Toyota technology and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Customer-facing sales experience in challenging environments required; automotive dealership experience, (sales, service, F&I, or BDC) is a plus
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with technology (dealership systems experience is a plus)
  • Experience with contracts/compliance or documentation-heavy roles is a plus
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends
